I never really cared about birds before university. I liked them very much, welcomed their singing and hoped that they didn’t die but I wasn’t completely invested in their every move, not just yet. Then I took an ornithology course at Colorado State University, my alma mater. It would be a lie if I said the rest is history. This blog and the photographs I post here are one tiny iota of my nerdy obsession. I’ve made avian biology my career and my life. I read field guides from countries I’ve never been to…for fun.
There’s nothing I love more than sharing my love of birds and nature with fellow lovers of these things so please drop me a line, a comment, an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we can talk about life with bated breath.
